JOSEPH UNGER Founder/Chief Executive Officer

As a founder and CEO of Pigeon Hole Productions, Joe has spent a lifetime in entrepreneurship and the entertainment and game industry. From board games to blockbuster consoles and massively multiplayer online games to the data-informed worlds of Zynga, Unger works to establish World Building’s transformative approach as a global industry. He is taking the lessons from virtual worlds to build the infrastructure of tomorrow through the design and creation of World Building Studios and new media.  Pigeon Hole Productions has directed community and industry changing World Builds with collaborators such as The Salk Institute, Sundance Film Festival, USC, UCSD, The Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, and more.

TRISHA WILLIAMS Founder/Chief Creative Officer

Trisha Williams is the founder and Chief Creative Officer at Pigeon Hole Productions in San Diego, California, where she leads World Building and creative infrastructure products and projects.  As a professional in Interactive Technology, Trisha’s creative direction in the game and interactive entertainment industries for over a decade has been instrumental in developing virtual worlds from the largest vistas to the smallest interactions, including AAA game titles, virtual reality experiences within the global science community, and she has created new technology curriculum for higher education.  She also leads creative infrastructure experiences for creators, entrepreneurs and innovators around the world in places such as Columbia, Germany, Thailand and Mexico.

CHRISTIAN ROSSI Digital Content Director

Christian has been a video game veteran, technology consultant, and futurist since 1996. He has over a billion dollars in sales for more than 30 video game titles developed including directing titles like Call of Duty, Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater, Spider-Man the Movie, and James Bond. He founded two video game companies; Treyach (purchased by Activision in 2001) and The Workshop Entertainment (purchased by Skydance Entertainment in 2015.)  Christian worked in partnership with Sony Computer Entertainment America, Santa Monica to develop the Sony Move system as well as the premier Move title, Sorcery as Creative Director and was Creative Director at Niantic Labs/Google on the location-based mobile game Ingress, whose foundation would become Pokémon Go. Currently, Christian founded a Transmedia Creative Agency that focused on experiential marketing utilizing new technology, including motion tracking, AR and VR. He developed a large-format media wall platform and content platform called DigitalPlay for client EnVu featuring a motion tracking and AR experience to showcase Iron Man 3 for in-theater installations and Autovista, an automotive experience for dealership installations.

GARRETT OLIVER Hardware Engineer

Garrett has many years of experience with developing and deploying advanced AV technology systems for clients such as Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, Honda, Toyota, Chevron, and Schlumberger.  After several years working for projector manufacturer, Christie Digital Systems, he transitioned to USC School of Cinematic Arts as Theatre Technology Specialist.  While at USC, providing expert consulting services and technical support in specialized areas and continuing AV design and integration.   He is currently with audio/systems manufacturer QSC where he is researching and developing AV Systems and integration. Since 2016, he has been consulting for Pigeon Hole Productions on research and development and World Building.

MAX LUTHY Consumer Reasearch Development

Maxwell Luthy is the Director of Trends & Insights at TrendWatching – one of the world’s leading trend firms – and author of the book Trend-Driven Innovation. He started in advertising, with a detour to start a record label before beginning his career in trends. As the global head of TrendWatching’s team of analysts, Max now delivers keynotes and innovation workshops to help clients ranging from Google to Boeing, from Disney to the Dubai Government’s Road & Transport Authority better serve the customer of tomorrow.


GREG HOROWITT Innovation Ecosystem Advisor

Greg Horowitt is a serial entrepreneur, investor, author, and innovation systems architect.   He is a Managing Director of Jun Capital as well as a member of the Society of Kauffman Fellows.  He is the Director of Innovation at the University of California, San Diego, and also serves as an adjunct lecturer at Stanford University.   He has spent 25+ years working in startups, venture capital, and is one of the pioneers in the field of innovation ecosystems. He is the co-author of the bestselling book, The Rainforest: The Secret to Building the Next Silicon Valley and is a trusted advisor to such notable organizations as the US State Department, Aspen Institute, University of California, World Bank, and Inter-American Development Bank, in addition to his role as a Senior Fellow with the Global Federation of Competitiveness Councils.   Mr. Horowitt has worked in several executive and investment roles including a Berkshire Hathaway operating company, and continues his work today as an investor, advisor, and board member of multiple entrepreneurial startups. 


Dr. Gepshtein is trained in neurobiology, perceptual psychology and vision science.  He investigates visual perception and visually guided action from the mechanistic point of view of systems neuroscience and from the point of view that respects visual experience as a research focus in its own right.


McDowell is a designer working in narrative media. He is a strong advocate of World building and Immersive Design and integrates digital technology and traditional design technique in his work such as Minority Report and Fight Club.  He has created a holistic design process that incorporates ideations, inception, prototyping, and productions for tangible story worlds.


Rodz has helped raise billions of dollars of capital for innovative organizations, created a luxury retail line that sold in over 400 stores worldwide, and later launched a global marketing firm that supported specialty product launches within Fortune 500 enterprises and startups positioning them for industry leadership.


Huttler is the founder and CEO of Exponential Creativity Ventures.  This is his sixth company, with two acquisitions and two still in existence.  He is widely recognized as an expert in business model innovation and revenue strategies for mission-driven organizations.



Founder and CEO of Union Co-Work, a California-centric company with multiple locations is also a licensed architect in four states. He focuses on building locations that push the boundaries of the future of work through co-working communities, digital media creation and opportunities, and global connection through technology and social networks.


Part of the inaugural team, building foundations for Dreamworks and SMS Sony Interactive Entertainment Studios, Han has produced successful projects on all media platforms for feature animations, TV, film and video games. She integrates experience with innovation to constantly evolve the creative development process.
